We are brought in when a process has become expensive, slow or impossible to explain, and the people who built it have run out of room to fix it.
What the work looks like
Most engagements start with a process that works but should not. A monthly return assembled by hand. A reconciliation that takes three weeks. A control that exists in principle and in nobody's calendar. We map what actually happens, not what the procedure document says, and we do that with the people who do the work.
From there the choice is usually simple: correct the process, automate the assembly, or replace the system underneath it. We tell you which, and what each one costs, before anything is built.

Fixed deliverables against dates, in rand. If the honest answer is that the work is not worth doing, that is in the report as well.
Build and hand over
Tested against your last four cycles, documented, and run by your team with us on call.
