Why we do this at all

We started recruiting because clients kept asking us to find the people we had just worked alongside. We know what the roles actually require, because we have done them, and we can tell the difference between a CV that reads well and a person who will deliver.

How we place

Contract and interim

Day-rate specialists for a defined piece of work, usually reporting, data or remediation, with a scope attached rather than an open-ended seat.

Senior and permanent

Heads of data, analytics and compliance, senior analysts and architects. Fewer candidates, each one briefed properly and screened against the actual work.

Intern to permanent

Graduates from our Agentic AI Internship Programme, already tested on client work.
